I have paid the advance amount 1000rs for broadband connection.. It's been 1 month no one had called me to install the collection.I raises many complaints with customer care, no one has taken action properly. I called customer care about 20 times....

Hi, My sim still not got activated inspite of repeated followups and chasing. Its been more than 4 days and it still isn't activated. The assurance from the airtel person to get this activated before 5pm today also failed. I never thought that airtel will have such worst customer service and the customer has to run from pillar to post to get one connection activated. This is very disappointing and frustrating and the service levels...

I had an internet balance of over 1.5 GB and a balance of around Rs 190. But airtell deducted it all from my account without any so usage or any thing. This is a big shame for such a big company. U cannot keep your customers happy. There is no point in making false claims of giving best service to your customers when you cant even keep them with you and help them out.
