Data Connection and Customer Service

Balance deducted from main account when 3g data was still pending

Hi, I had 13mb of 3g data when I started to browse onto airtel site to make another recharge. The recharge failed but 92 rupees was deducted from my main account. Next day when I recharged for 3g that 13mb was carried forward.
