outgoing calls stoped

My no is [protected].I used this no last 3 years with out any sort of information service provider stop my outgoing calls due to addressed verification although they verified my addressed initially .Now their customer care suggesting to contact to airtel relationship center.in my location no such center exit(few center available in west bengal).now how this problem sloved.pl take the necessary action....

Fraud at airtel for fancy numbers, they are behind users numbers too

Recharge amount not refunded

I had a very bad expereince today with AIRTEL... I have recharged with 197 3G pack valid for 28days... I tried to watch a 40min video in youtube and suddenly I got a notice saying that 90% of data out of 1 GB got finished. I was shocked to see this. I tried calling calling customer care and 6ruppes of mine got wasted and they were not interested in helping the customer at alll...they were talking saying you downloaded...
