Renewal of monthly Internet

I have a mobile [protected] with Airtel as service provider. I am on a regular monthly internet package of Rs.98 for 21 days. I was on roaming from 29th aug to 4thSept. I think my renewal came up on 2nd sep. But I was unaware that Airtel had not renewed it. I was under the impression that i was on Rs.98...21 day package...bit recharged for DRs.300 on 2nd and recharged on 3rd for Rs.300 and only on recharging on 4th ...on contacting Airtel...

Recharge for Rs 155 did not get what they promised.

Recharged for Rs155 I got around 700+MB of data with 20 days validity. Their plan promised 1GB data for 30 days. I have Airtel Money which can be used for recharging at my convenience. When I called them up and asked for reason, they said you shouldn't have used airtel money for recharge. This is clear case of misleading the customers. SIM card not activated for 10 days

Cheat to customer

I had seen the offer at *121*11# on Airtel, Offer was that If we recharge 124 RS, we will receive 1 GB 2G data with 30 days validity.hence I had recharged on 3 numbers ([protected], [protected], [protected]). No 3G network in the area.

There is no 3G network service available in my area ( FC Road) by airtel even if I am registered user by the service provider for 3G. When contacted to the Airtel relationship center, the center told me to manually select the Idea or Vodafone options of the network operator on my phone settings by keeping Roaming option on. That thing really worked, but the charges deducted are based on as per roaming data charge. Also the signal loss issue...
