I MADE TWO ATTEMPTS TO RECHARGE THE CELL NO. [protected] FOR THE AMOUNT OF RS. 98 DATED 10.06.2013. BOTH TIMES THE AMOUNT WAS DEDUCTED BUT RECHARGE WAS UNSUCCESSFUL. THE TOTAL AMOUNT RS. 196 HAS NOT BEEN REFUNDED TILL DATE.

This is the requested to you that we have the three landlines connection and one internet connection of Airtel company and the problem is this , that our three connection and internet connection is not working now even we have clear all the total dues payment and when we call to customer care they provide us only a complaint number and told us wait for the 24 hours but this problem is going on from 01/06/2013 to till now by this problem...

At airtel i have a connection which is not using by me and as per the air-tel agent Mr. Gaurv he said you make payment of this and i give the surety to close your this mobile no. [protected] that about before 2 month but still bill is coming and extra charges added in that bill.

When calling to the above number, the person dialing can hear the ringtone but at home the phone doesn't ring. Therefore not able to receive calls & we are put into lots of inconvenience. Kindly rectify at the earliest...

Customer care executives from air-tel told me to call on number 543211 to change dialer tone(Song).When am calling in this number not getting any customer care executive and they are taking 3.rs per minute. Here is the summary of my suffering:
I have airtel boradband connection and as per the connection plan I have a landline also.
1) From 20th May'13 my landline stopped working. I thought it might be some minor technical glitch, so didn't bother as I have great faith in Airtel service. But after 2 days when it didn't get fixed, I raised a complaint. and to my surprise they closed it next day stating resolved...

There was a manufacturing defect in STB which cause software updation everytime i switched on the STB.

I recharged my airtel number with a topup of Rs 200 on 12/06.2013 which is a full talk time topup. But I only received Rs175 as the recharge amount.
When I inquired about this in the customer care of airtel , they told that it will be automatically added in 4 hours of time. But next day when I called they told that I have only recharged for Rs 175 which is a fraudulent statement....
