recharge of 3g unsuccessful, terrible customer service

Hello, I have trying repeatedly to recharge my 3g prepaid plan online but am unsuccessful in doing so as it keeps giving me errors stating that " the recharge is unsuccessful due to technical reason". I am a Airtel user of past 5 years its services best than other networks but last 1 month i am facing lots of difficulty i Cant able to connect to customer care no 121 or 198 . My IVR is blocked i complaint many times there is no proper response. Airtel not following TRAI directive

Received SMS from Airtel stating that as per TRAI directive from 26-Nov-2012 I will be charged Rs 0.50 however I was still charged Rs 1 per sms.

3G speed issue not solved

Unjust levy of Pro-data charges

3G service on "Pro Data Basis" was activated for 5 days (ie. 24hr x 4days + 16 hrs on 5th day).

The plan offers 2GB data at 3G speed for 30 days for Rs.450, exceeding which 3paisa/ 10kb . This means Rs.15/day and per day limit up to 66.66 MB (Mega Bytes). (Since I have been a frequent user of these services, I had clearly confirmed what pro data basis scheme meant from the customer care.) Using it for 5 days costs...
