I am a Platinum customer of AIRTEL services. Still after a lot many complaints they have hardly bothered to improve services of 3g. I am using galaxy note 2, the network shows full signal of H+ but the speed is pathetic. Not able to use applications properly. Airtel had changed my sim card as well but still is not working. Around 2 years ago I purchased my WIFI Modem from AIRTEL, When I had bought the modem the person had told me that the modem was insured till I was a continuing customer with AIRTEL and that any problem pertaining to the modem (REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT) will be handled by AIRTEL.

Dear Sir,

Airtel is deducting money for activation o[censored]nnecessary services without prior notice/sms to the customers. This is a really fraud business and scam doing by airtel. And when we request the money refund customer care people are not responding properly and abruptly ending the phone call sometimes.Please take severe action against this kind of stupid trics played by airtel.
