poor 3g services

I am a Platinum customer of AIRTEL services. Still after a lot many complaints they have hardly bothered to improve services of 3g. I am using galaxy note 2, the network shows full signal of H+ but the speed is pathetic. Not able to use applications properly. Airtel had changed my sim card as well but still is not working. I have another number of Vodafone and I get a speed of 1 mbps of download and 800kbps o[censored]pload speed when I use that...
