I have an Airtel broadband connection since last 3 years. Recently I converted my Internet into Wifi and for that I purchased Router from Airtel of Rs 1500 including 1 yrs warranty. After 2 months the router is not working and my Internet is dead without it.

I'm logging complaint since last week to Airtel customer care and generate around 10 complaints. But every time executive visit says you router...

I would like to bring into the notice the cheap tactics employed by Airtel to reject the number porting out of their network, as after my experience I am convinced that this is not the operator to be with and I will make sure many more should flee this cheap operator.
