Delay in receiving refund amount

But after two weeks when there was no response from the service provider, I called up customer care. Non Receipt of Bills

We had obtained 11 corporate connections from airtel in the month of May 2011, we were promptly receiving bills till the month of June, but since July we are facing non receipt of bills. Now its almost 3 months that we haven't received the bills, and moreover we had requested for an itemized since the individual user has to certify there bills,but no action has been taken for this as well.

Bill not delivered on time

Hi,

I am Amit Shinde and my complaint is with regards to Airtel bill not received at my end.
