I have raised complaint regarding network issue on 7th august but there is no update on this. I have call n number of times but there is no response. They will keep telling wait our executive will call but no one called me as of now. I am not going to pay monthly rental as i am not able to use service. Once you close the ticket i will pay the amount.

I have taken a new airtel sim in the month of november, 2017. I have done a recharge of rs.449 plan for 70 days. Now i am receiving sms and calls regularly that my number will be discontinued if i don't make outgoing calls. This is unprofessional service by airtel. My number has been e-verified with my aadhaar number also so there is no point to discontinue the sim card....

50% of the times when someone calls me it tells them the phone is switched off when the phone is completely on and it has full signal with a 4g symbol
I recently moved to airtel and my dad too made a move to airtel 4g but when his connection is on 4g if someone calls hin it states its switched off its a 4g compatible phone
Why is your service so pathetic...

I converted my existing plan to airtel 499 family plan on 19th nov 2019 and i have added my wife number as child number. After activation my number getting so many issues
1. She could not able to call outside karnataka std
2. She could not able to call international calls
3. She could not able to use internet using mobile data
After series calls and follow ups the issues 1 and 2 resolved. Mobile data issue is pending...

This month i got bill of rs.1058 instead of my normal bill amount i enquired about it through customer care executive he told me that there is extra charges of rs. 388 for some added service, but i had not avail any of those services, so please waive the extra charges taken form me, i will not able to pay any of those charges which i had not availed....

I have bought airtel 4g hotspot and the person who is selling assured the service gets activated in 4hours. It's almost 48 hrs and even the service didn't get activated.
The customer care didn't provide valid information either to troubleshoot or what the issue was.
After 48 hrs i got to know that the number is activated but i am getting sim is invalid message in the 4g hotspot portal and asked to go-to airtel centre.

I do recharge of rs 390. On 11 dec 2017 at 11. 23 am.. At the exact time whole of money was deducted due to some schemes activated on my mobile no. About what i got messages at 11.28 am on the same day. I immediately deactivated all the schemes. The problem is i had not activated these all and had not took advantage of any of them. My airtel payment bank never allow me to pay money for anything. I don't understand why it then allows me even to credit the money, if i cannot use the app and spend it.

Its been really very sad to come through very bad services from airtel. I have an airtel secure plan since july '17 (Since last 6 months).

This is to bring to your kind attention that, since the my mobile number porting was successful on 3rd or 4th december, 2017. I have been experiencing extremely slow browsing on my mobile phone.
I called airtel support guys and did whatever they asked me to. Example - change the internet settings, the apn settings, take the sim out and wait for 30 seconds... Everything, but with no luck.

Finally,...

I wrongly recharge my airtel no [protected] in place of [protected] from my airtel payments bank. When i called costumer care there was no response about this problem. I already mailed my problem to airtel presence and [protected]@airtelbank.com.
Please get me out from this trouble.

Why i am facing frequent call drop in the airtel network. Where as my idea is working fine in the same place.
I am staying in kukatpally near patel kunta park. Why cant you people address these issue inspite of many followups???

And also facing no network issue and voice quality. Unable to hear to call. #.

Worst ever network, why you are going to mountatins to check your signals, first you need to server basic...

Worst service ever i have ever seen my outstanding was 1250 rs and i paid 800 instead of this they stop my outgoing service after that i said please disconnect my all services i will pay remaining amount in 2 days but the wasn't and after few days my they stop my incoming too and continually send me bills which i have not been used why should i pay...

I am using airtel delhi number and i am living near thakur wada, near shiv kund, sohna, distt. Gurugram, haryana. Pin code number is 122103. Airtel network coverage is very low here while jio is providing full coverage. Please sort out my problem. I recently recharged my number with rupee 448.00 but i am not making full use of it.
