I have received the shoes which I ordered but those shoes were very tight and uncomfortable, so I immediately initiated a exchange request of same shoes, but company rejected my request after receiving my shoes saying that i have used those shoes. But fact is that I haven’t used them, those were very tight for me and and very uncomfortable. As soon as I received and I tried them I initiated shoes exchange request.
