I ordered for bacca bucci ps-1030 boots on saturday 17th march and made a cash on delivery. I returned the same on monday 2nd april 2018 and filled the refund details. But the amount is still not refunded after. On the app it shows refund information required and when i go to that link and fill my refund details again it shows an error msg.
