The delivery man has misbehaved with me and didnot deliver my order to my flat.
My order AWB number[protected]....

Inordinate delay in delivery the consignment. Repeated calls to staff go unattended. Haven't seen a worse courier - not sure why people choose Delhivery. Had a horrible experience - package was in delivery center for 10+ days - once in August and this is repeating in December now....

There is no direct/indirect way to communicate with you guys.
It is getting delayed since last week.

My orders from home centre and Myntra have been returned as delivery agents from Delhivery do not contact the customers but when you track it it says consignee unavailable, called customer and all that but the point is the customer is never called. It's already taking too long for the order to reach our place but no intimation is given how s the customer supposed to know. The order is then returned by Delhivery...

I haven’t been contacted for the delivery and I myself have been previous numbers used by delivery men of Delhivery and now today’s update says that the delivery has been cancelled!!!

There is a package of mine in the Hub which was in ETUKURU ROARD, GUNTUR, AP., So the package was in delivery location but was not updated any status. Delivery Executives Not coming up and delivering the products... They tell us to come down to road and collect it. Also they take away the courier back if we do not collect it from road side... They do not have proper customer care number where we can register complaints... The email support replies takes time and the complaints remains unresolved......

It’s been 3 days and I keep getting messages regarding order will be delivered today but I don’t get calls in the whole day. I am myself calling previous delivery men and trying to get hand on the number!! I mean is this my job?!
Can’t you take deliveries more seriously ??!!

When I track my order it shows out for delivery from the 25 December 2021 and now the same issue shows and no contact number shown at any site or any other platforms.
