LG authorized service center not repaired my AC on my house and charged 2500/- as repairing charge, they didn't share any receipt for it and promised to share it over whatsapp as they didn't have receipt book at that time. Now I am trying to call them for receipt but they are not picking up my calls and repaired my AC, and avoiding whatsapp messages,

    Faulty refrigerator and worst service center support

    Sold defective Symphony Air cooler

    Error code occurring in AC and still not yet received the right product

    I bought an AC 7months back there occured an error code CH 05 and due to that they replaced the product after a long time and even after replacing the product the same error occurred in the replaced product too.And till now we don't have a proper solution to the product and we are asking them to refund the amount but they are saying that it won't be possible and the te is not responding properly to our calls and due to the heavy heatwaves...

    It's been 8 days bought AC from Pai. While buying, executive said it will be installed in 2 days. Spoke to sales person, customer care and even branch manager. Everybody are irresponsible.

      request for refund of ac payment

      On April 19th, I made full payment at the LG Store in Nadapuram Kerala with the understanding that they would install the AC by April 22nd at the latest. However, I have not received the AC yet, and they are not answering my calls. Despite contacting your Twitter support, I did not receive any assistance. I no longer wish to receive the AC.       Microwave in service centre from 2 months

      We have given lg microwave to service centre in month of march and still we have not Received oven back. Always they are giving reason for receiving damaged spare parts and rudely speaking. When we gave for repair next day they called and asked it will be charged 2000/- for spare part to be changed and we confirmed. Every 3 days we call and ask for status and we get in return will call u in 5 minutes. We are facing this mental harassment...

        Good day; we purchased split ac last year, created service request in first week of March. During initial visit by technician it was noticed that there is wire cut through the whole that copper wire come from terrace. We were told by technician that installation was not properly as they should have had covered the hole outside of the wall which is the actual cause of this issue.This has not been addressed for more than a month and we are not able to use the ac suffering in this summer. It despite multiple follow up and calls this is not fixed yet. It would be helpful if management monitors such requests and follow up to do the needful. Thanks

          unfair trade practice - refusal to give minimum mandatory documents containing minimum mandatory contents prescribed in laws

          I asked four valid legal documents from LG as prescribed in GST laws and consumer laws. LG issued an illegal irrelevant Debit note on 26.6.21 in place of a tax invoice.           After that I had to did a lot follow-up for delivery. And now doing a lot for the installation.
          Post sales service is very poor. Earlier also I have faced such issues with Pai International.

          No Replacement Received for Defective Product

          I had purchased a washing machine from LG site online in December. I received defective product from them. So raised a replacement request for it through mail as told by their technician. It's been 1 & half months but there is no action taken by them.

          I did so many phone calls to LG customer care & asked on mails so many times. But they just keep on saying you case is under progress that's it. There is no further action taken....
