Receiving fraud call

Hi,
I had claimed all my fathers max life insurances after his death. After 2 and half years I got a call from max life(claiming to be) on his phone number saying there is a bonus amount of Rs.110545 which is being claimed by an agent. I told that I do not know that agent. So they asked me to get a max life policy (Since I do not have any account with max life) of Rs.20000 and they will transfer the fund including paid installment...

I pay monthly premium of 3696.70 rupees.

Auto debit of the amount has been initiated without my consent.
I want to pay my premium with UPI/NetBanking/Cash/Cheque

Please stop auto debit immediately otherwise I will be bound to discontinue any policy with Max Life insurance....

Unauthorized amount deduction

Unprofessional Behaviour of bangalore office

I have been a max customer for 8 years and in 2021 Dec my ECS had to be debited which did not happen. I called up the Bangalore Office three times and they started giving me all kinds of reasons - like ECS did not get processed due to Bank holiday, I should go to the Bank and check, I should call their gurgoan office and sort out the issue etc etc.
This essentially means that they lacked accountability and wanted to wash their hands...

Policy/Extra amount deduction from account even after paying my monthly amount

Hi,
I am a Maxlife policy holder and I have switched from my annual payment plan to monthly payment plan.
This month I have done my monthly amount of 4601/- through online payment and I have received the message for the amount deduction confirmation.
Again the same week Maxlife has deducted 46523/- from my account even after my monthly payment.

This is not at all acceptable.So please refund my cash 46523/-....

Fake Call and Disclosure of Policy and Personal Details

Respected Sir/Ma'am,

I got phone call from person name Disha Sharma to enquire about my policy premiums and removal of agent code. As part of agent deactivation process from my max life insurance policy to stop sending bonus and commission to agent, they verified my policy number and date of birth details along with premium details. Policy Life Insurance

I am a client of Max New Life.
I surrendered my policy but did not get my money back. Every time, send them an email, a new ticket is opened. No resolution yet.
Too much paperwork to submit a claim and surrender policy.
Folks stay away from FRAUD COMPANY MAX NEW LIFE...

Misleading information regarding term policy by max agent and unfair deduction from the refund amount to be paid

First of all, I have had a terrible experience in terms of service after I made payment towards term policies, one in my name & the other, in my spouse's.

Maxlife Denying Surrender value amount regardless it is mentioned in policy book.

I am a Maxlife policy holder and I have completed 1 year with the policy on 2 September 2021. Due to some financial reason I planned to surrender the policy.

At the time of opting for the policy I was informed by Maxlife Agent that in any case I would be able to surrender the policy and get the surrender value amount after one year of completion with the policy. Same thing is mentioned in Policy book's Benefit illustration...
