I have send an email and called the customer care to cancel my subscription refund my money as it is not adding any value. My last paid subscription went for a 3 months without any negoitation with the buyer.And have availed super relax plan where Nobroker is complelety relaxing with my money .

After a week no visits planned like the past and it is useless to go ahead for selling my property.

The terms and conditions sent by NoBroker did not specify anything with related to the refund clause when a tenant backs out at the last minute. Myself Girish, I paid 8600 rs to nobroker and bought membership after listening to false promises given by nobroker agent. Relationship manager showed me 2-3 properties and asked me to close the deal. Before closing the deal my membership was deactivated.
