I have bought 'Havells 32L Cooler' from Reliance online on 25th Mar 2023 with Insta delivery (within 3 hour) and till now (29th Mar) there is no delivery..When ever calling to customer support, those guys are asking to wait till EOD and saying it will get deliver by today EOD But I am not getting any update on that. Neither the tracking on wesite shows anything..

Such a big name but horrable services....

My reconnect tv stuck on logo not going ahead.. have called customer service they said they will send someone to check on my tv. It's been more than 20 days nobody has turned up.. every time I call they apologize and say we will send someone but again nobody turns up . Bad service provided by reliance..
They only sell their products but do not give after sale service....
