I have purchased MacBook Air M1 on 15 th July 2021, got delivered on on 19th July 2021 on 23rd July 2021 found defective so written mail with screen shot .They replied and asked for DOA .so I have traveled to Bangalore for apple store.and on 27 th July shared DOA .replacement generated and pickup for defective product happened on 7th Aug 2021 .since then there is no proper update every time call or mail reply came “ Dear Customer,
