Money lost! I ordered a product and paid Rs. 651 as downpayment... Now the product is not shown on 'My orders ' section and i don't know what to do next beacuse of non availability of customer support... At least i want the refund asap... Or the customer care of the snapmint team should solve the issue My order id[protected]
In my orders section, it says that verification succesful, but there is no further proceedings... And the product costs around total of 3100 Rs and iam concerning about the emi to be paid

I try to buy a product from dpanda (skywall 40 inch tv) via snapmint, product was cancelled until now not received my refund amount is ####/-

I repay every emi on Snapmint before it dates, my last emi is on 3 may 2024 but that emi is also i paid before its time, because of calls and messages getting from Snapmint. Even after paying all emi i get regularly calls and messages near about 15- 20 calls every day and messages. I tried reaching Snapmint customer care but they didn't reply me. Their call number is only for queries no one will talk with us. Please do something quik about...

I order from Beyours. and then beyours refunded my money i.e 3222 to snapmint. I can't find my refund amount anywhere in snap mint. neither they are responding my emails.

Please close my Snapmint loan account because my loans all EMI is fully paid. Because my all EMI is paid but cibil account has snapmint account is activate showing. So sir kindly close my snapmint loan account and update my cibil score.

I’m unable to delete or deactivate the snapmint account or find any options to do, emi’s were cleared a year ago and the NOC was also shared.. I could still see Snapmint acount as active, reflecting on my CIBIL.

I wanted a solution to deactivate or delete the account completely....

I had ordered mobile phone from snapmint after delivery I got faulty mobile phone mobile phone is not working properly. I called and complained to snapmint customer care but they did not help me return back faulty mobile. Kindly register my complain thank you

Every time when tried to contact and pay I am unable as they ask for order ID and it is not available in my account. Moreover the message that I will have to pay 50 rs. Per day as fine along with GST. Please share link to pay the emi....

I purchased a personal PC on 1st oct., 2022 for office use on EMI basis. but i cancelled the order before shipping as the price decrease as soon as i bought. so, i cancelled it and returned to the merchant site. but unfortunately, paying the EMI amount was continuously running. i complete my EMI dues on 6th july, 2023. and raised a complaint to snapmint and request for a refund so many times about my case on Apps (i.e. snap mint) but sometimes...
