I have been issued a duplicate sim one month ago. Since then it is not activating(no signal). I have submitted all my documents, called 7-8 times to customer care and they keep on saying that you have to visit airtel store.When i am going to airtel store they are saying call to customer care. Its been almost a month now and i m still not able to activate my sim. I just wanted to know how long it will take to activate my sim.I am facing problems...

Hi Airtel Team,
I have a Airtel Prepaid Number of Banglore Circle +91-[protected] in name of Seema Choudhary . I did a recharge of Rs 1000/- on 3rd of Feb 2017 from MyAritel App order ID[protected] . The amount got deducted on its own without any usage .

On calling customer care they told that it has been used in Internet but the phone was not used for Internet and don't know how the amount got deducted .

Since the time i have moved to gurgaon which is since past 1 year, not a single month has gone by without an airtel issue coming up. Network is a big issue ofcourse in gurgaon, which is funny because they provide network in leh and other hilly regions but not in gurgaon.

Now apart from the million problems i have with this money sucking giant airtel, the latest one is suspicious data drainage. With a usual usage on my phone,...

I have lost my handset and my postpaid no. [protected]. on 8th Feb at 9.45 am after wards I tried to call the same no. Several times but the no. Seems that busy that someone using it .

So its my kind request to send me the call details of this no. In between 9.45 am to 10.30. am of Feb 08....

I had the number 147 on the recharge special offer you 0.5gb / day 28 days after the message was to get recharged of the 50mb / day will offer screenshots that i also had to recharge before i confirm that i will offer you my request to have it to get it right

I have taken airtel prepaid number [protected].I have not used it regularly.When i want to use it recently it is observed that the sim is not working and i made call to that number one candidate replied that the sim is used by them and it was JIO number and not airtel. I had paid 1193/- and activated international roaming vide id no.[protected] on 6th of feb and i was told that it would be activated instantly. I FEEL CHEATED THAT THE PLAN DIDNOT WORK AND I HAD TO RECHARGE EXTRA MONEY ON MY CARD SINCE ALL MY BALANCE WAS OVER. I have subscribed to Airtel 1399 tariff plan with 60 gb. My number is[protected]. For the last few months I am being billed in excess of ₹1800/- when the bill after levy of service tax should not exceed ₹ 1600/- kindly arrange to have the discrepancy rectified and get the excess amount paid by me refunded. Dear Sir,

I am a subscriber of Airtel connection and I use digital transaction for all payments to be made. What I noticed with Airtel billing (when one tries to make online payment via web or through mobile) is that:

1. With a billing figure of 1009.02, (for one of my connection) airtel online payment rounds off the figure to 1010, with a whooping .98 paise in their favour!! Another with 2183.19 (second connection)...

There is no network in janak puri A1 block .i have 10 airtel nos in my house .i m compaining regularly but there is no action and complaint no is 73914038 and 73805254 .
