Upgraded my airtel sim from 3g to 4g for my iPhone 5 a week ago. However, text messages cannot be sent. Changed the sim for a new one still, the problem persists. Customer care willing to help but unfortunately not equipped to help. Changing carrier seems to be the only option.

I requested for broadband connection, paid the money, and after 2 weeks, Airtel said they can't make the connection . Fine. I asked for refund, and they agreed.
