Dear Authority,

My cellphone has been stolen/lost which having airtel SIM([protected]), I purchased a duplicate SIM from Airtel Store (Vishrantwaadi, Pune) on 3rd June 2021.
I have been told by Airtel Customer Care Agent that SIM will be active in 4-5 hours But it has been more than 20 hours and SIM is still not active.

My all bank accounts and important details linked with this number.

We are suffering from mental illness as out neighbor installed mobile tower in his roof.Recidents complained many times but come up with no solution. We are now helpless what to do..

We request you to please uninstall this cell tower from here. His address is B-352 pulak city near silicon city Rau Indore....

I applied to port my number from vodafone-idea to Airtel a few days back. Today (03rd July 2021) around 10pm I received a sms from airtel to insert the new sim to activate it and my vodafone-idea signals vanished at the same time. After inserting the new Airtel sim and completing the Tele verification process, my outgoing call and sms started working fine but incoming call and sms are not working.

Whenever anyone calls me...

Yesterday [protected] was charged Rs 20/- three times but still messages says RECHARGE.
KINDLY look into this and make the mobile operative.waiting for feed back.

I have taken Airtel broadband connection, I paid 6months advance. The connection got frequent outage, then I disconnected connection. Airtel one plan 1999 request was raised on 30th, June 2021. As per their website https://www.airtel.in/one-airtel-plan/ airtel xtream box worth 3999 is free with 1999 plan but when they had come for installation they have asked for 1500 security deposit. Airtel T. Nagar North usman road chennai outlet forced me to recharge Rs. 219/- as first time recharge when I converted post paid to prepaid on[protected]. Moreover customers are forced to download airtel app to get outgoing call activation for prepaid connection. You can not force customer to use airtel app and it should be optional. Is it mandatory as per airtel rules. If so look into it and re consider the issue. Airtel is denying customer...
