I am Vaibhav Chate owner of [protected] number. I changed my connection to Airtel thinking that the company will provide very good internet services and internet speed. I would like to bring following observations and complaints from my side thinking that it would be resolved at the earliest.

1. I have opted for 4 G speed but when I start browsing the speed is not even matches with 2 G.

Service request no.[protected], registered mobile no. - [protected], airtel xstream fiber ID[protected], my internet is not working from more than 24 hours, i lodged a complaint on 7:30 am, 24th june via customer support in which i was assured that the normal internet services will resume in 24hrs
and a technical team will call me and assist me, none happened. Thereafter had chat with senior supervisors of customer support for disconnection...

I have ported my number [protected] from BSNL to Airtel. But there is no signal in that sim and my old number has stopped already. I am loosing my business calls and I am going to consumer forum against it.
This is such a bad service for prepaid users like us. We wholly depend on our phone.

Your associates keep bugging us about your plans and finally when we try it we have to face this. I urge you to start my number...

I have been getting wrong data usage messages from last year i complained a lot of times on airtel thanks app and even mailed them but no actions are being taken. So please see to it as soon as possible....

I have complained so many times to airtel coustmer care about bad network they didn’t cared about that.There is no service in my phone most of the time while other networks are working fine.so i wanted to port to Vodafone but my port msg to 1900 is not going.It’s showing error while sending msg....

Airtel Mitra app is not working when connected to my act fibernet, but it is working fine when it is connected with mobile networks...

My network connection is poor in my area can you fix this......

I'm using my Airtel number for past five years and suddenly yesterday the signal have been lost and showing emergency calls only sign and often it is showing notification saying "no voice service". I have a poor connection from airtel sim . I had raised a complaint to airtel but till now there has been no improvement.

One the contrary the problem has aggravated and i have been informed that my cell phone is unreachable at times. This is impacting my work.

I ported my Number on 26th March 2021 from VI(Vodafone Idea) to Airtel because VI took more than 2 months to solve internet issue.
After porting to Airtel i am unable to receive SMS outside India.
My Gmail is enabled 2-step verification via SMS on mobile number. When i trying to login gmail send SMS to my number but i am not receiving. I complained Airtel Customer care on 8th May'21, after 7 days i again...

We applied for fastag almost a month ago. Recently the status shows that it's shipped but it's been over a month and ot still isn't delivered... it's been mandated aand we really need the fastag from now on... please contact this number with a solution asap

The resignation letter was accepted & signed by (Zonal Officer). Even after multiple E-Mails and calls(ZM and ZSM) to the concerned department and officials, we are not been considered for our settlement claims & deposits. The biggest telecom of India delays like this with their business partners it's like a modern way of cheating people who earn hard to make their living....
