Hi i would like to get call details of outgoing and incoming calls on my number from december 2018 till now. As i have lost some contacts to which i have no access and are important for me.. Thats why i need to chek whether i have made any call during that time period or not. Kindly accept my complaint and provide me thorough details of all the calls which i have made from my existing number....

Hi i tried calling a number from my airtel sim card and failed, it says the number you have dialed is incorrect, where the same number is callable from other sim cards

I had tried calling it by adding zero or removing +91 in an attempt to have a trial and error run

I am using airtel connection since last 10 years and have international roaming active on myself no, where i pay 149 rs monthly rental for these services every month, weather i travel abroad or not. If i travel abroad and use my phone then standard roaming rates are applied over and above these monthly charges.

This jan i travelled to dubai and got 10 days pack also activated where 3500 rs were charged from me.

I have ported my no. From jio to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. Every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and when it connects it asks to switch off the phone after 30 minutes and does not ask about the tele verification. Also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, and recharge my number. Moreover signals are coming but still the activation is pending....

I have airtel unlimited data plan of 349rs. But first time company give better net speed when they want to connect me. But after some days they give low speed and i want to complaint for this matter but they not connect me with his care department. After it i think share my prtoblem publically.

I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service....

As per my airtel offers same in my airtel app, the international roaming pack of 296, currently i am stay at Nigeria but after recharge, there is no incoming and out going, i was contact through customer care, they said in Nigeria that package not valid, how cheat me, then why u given offer, with in 15 min i was contact customer care, asking one day pack or refund, but there is no options

I have recharged 175 rs for daily data 6 gb/day for 28 days on 13th of april.
But not even 10 days to be completed. I couldnt use my 6 gb mobile data.
What you guys are doing. Its really unfair and you guys are eating everyones money.

What can i do am in a difficult stuation. I need to call but i couldnt use my 6gb mobile data.
Please do the needful within 5 or 10 mins else throw me out of this waste network....

We are facing the problem more than one month in our dth connection. Airtel service provider remove the channels without any intimation. According to airtel representative, kindly select the channels those you want to run. I selected and recharged but amount deducted from my account and channels not run on the customer id: [protected].

I am relocate to ghaziabad to noida. I request to airtel to reconnect my dth to new location. Their come and told that airtel signal is not available. So you can change to other dth supplier.in my airtel dth account approx 1660 rs on 16/04/19 and currently it only 1442 and it is decreases.

I am arnab hui, my consumer id [protected] which has two connection one is sd & anothe is hd.
Now my sd connection was unused for last 8 months hence on march-5, i have requested to stop my sd connection.
When i called customer care they confirmed that it should be done for each month & he stopped my connection for the mentioned month.
On april i have called them back for next month connection...

Complaint - volte not working.

Regarding this complaint i have contacted the customer service where they had asked me to do a couple of changes which was all done. Firstly i made sure that my handset samsung galaxy s9 plus is compatible for volte. I have also inserted the sim in slot 1 and made sure that the network settings in my mobile is fine....
