Since last 20 days i am trying to review my base pack with my airtel digitaltv id [protected] at www.airtel.in/selfcare but are unable to view. The account overview tab on the home page is not working or showing blank. I want to add and remove some channels from my base pack. I have contacted airtel customer care also but they are not providing any information and after some time of hold up, disconnecting my calls....

I was into 199 postpaid plan but last month my plan get revised and updated with 400 without my conformation. Last month i have played my bill and asked them to revert back my plan and they told me it will be done but this month again the same.

My question is
How rude you can change the plan without customer conformation?

I did two transactions worth 2000 each total of 4000 by loading my airtel payment wallet on 15th april 2019. It said"sorry unable to process your transaction" but amount total of 4000 has been debited from my bank account. Morover i am unable to contact customer care by calls, my mails are not properly responded too. Please refund​ it as soon possible....

I have Airtel DTH Connection [protected] and did not opted NDTV at channel #317. Also I opted Sudarshan News channel #327.

Surprised to see that Airtel forcefully enabled NDTV channel #317 on my connection and the channel which I opted i.e. Sudarshan News channel #327 is not available to me. I am sure that NDTV has paid "SOMETHING" to airtel to add it on each connection forcefully.

As per process suggested by airtel customare care i have done recharge of rs. 160 and then select my pack from 998 channel and send message after scanning qr code.

I have paid 8484 rs amount for airtel broadband connection ([protected]) on 13.02.2019 with transaction id[protected].

After that they said services is not feasible in my area and i got a message about initiated my refund on 7th march and credited on or before by 10th march with ref number[protected].

I am a customer of airtel for over 10 yrs and have postpaid connection of airtel is having problem with data not working for past 10 days. I have done recharge on airtel number on 18/04/2019 yet the recharge is not showing and the transaction amount is also deducted i had done recharge of 399. How can the deduction be possible if the recharge is not seen. I want my recharge to be done or my money refund. Mr. Sunil mittal, i’m a very long and old user of airtel. I use airtel postpaid connections for nearly 10 years and then finally i decided to switch to prepay. So i went to a retailer store o 12 block o lajpat nagar 2 110024 on 25 march. They generated otp and ask me to pay on pro rated and i did pay. I was confirmed that it will be done in 48 to 72 hours. I made a broadband request in Panchkula, Haryana location.
