Water is not coming from the Aquaguard Geneus Water Purifier and representative of the company said that it will be repaired only after AMC is renewed. My AMC is going to expire on 26th of February 2024 and as on today it is valid.

I have made AMC Gold payment after their promise that they would send the technician on the same day and it includes all the spare parts replace if there is a problem and one time filter replacement. However, once the payment is made I did not see any update from the service provider end. Just before 1 year of completion, a red signal on the unit started appearing. I have raised a request with service support and they said it is due to filter replacement is required you need to pay for the AMC, I have paid 4499/- for the AMC. But now they are not responding or replying to my calls.
