We are having three years AMC and Eureka forbes never attend for service without complaining. They collected the money for three years and never bothered about timely cleaning and replacing cartridges. After complaining each time they says that this will not repeat next time and it is continuously happening. We did not expect such a worst service from this company....

AMC was signed by Eureka Forbes Aug 7 2023 till Aug 6, 2024, the filter stopped working Dec 2023 the technician visited and said its old model cannot be repaired as spare parts not available. Inspite of sevarel calls there is no resolution till date. I have already taken their AMC but there is no use.

I purchased AMC and booked the service request for servicing of my water purifier. Surprisingly, service request sitting in same status from last 5 days and no one contacted on my cell. Escalated issue via multiple channels but these guys are not bothering about customer and giving false promises. It's a fraud scam where they're collecting money from consumer in the name of AMC and giving NO service!!! Pathetic experience...
