[protected] — Need to close connection, Billing amount charges including service charges without any use

My Cust ID is [protected] with name of Mr. M. K. Agarwal. I have 2 connections. When i applied and setup by your team members that time no one told me to get the minimum charges of amount 235.08/- without using it. If this is the normal charges without using it then better to remove this connection.

Even your rental amount is also changed and CGST & SGST charge on Min. Charge. I don't understand what is going on ...

In my previous bill it was charges only 8.88 and bill amount was 777.43/-.
But in current bill is 235.08/- and CGST and SGST charge 35.86/-.

Kindly let me know the process to stop my connection. I think i will not go with Adani PNG connection.

I believe you are just taking advantage of Indian people faith which is not good.
