Comment Guidelines

At ConsumerComplaints.in.com we strongly encourage you to express your opinion and experience, and engage in discussions with complaint authors and each other. Therefore, we reserve the right to edit, remove, and/or not allow comments to get posted in order to keep our community free of abusive and inappropriate content. We also keep the right to deactivate the users who regularly violate the rules below. We appreciate you taking the time to review our comment policy.

Basic Guidelines:



  • Be respectful and polite towards each other;
  • You can assist the complaint author in resolving their issue if you have any relevant and similar experience;
  • If you find someone’s complaint to be helpful, we strongly encourage you to share your gratitude;
  • Be thoughtful of the language you use and refrain from using capital letters;
  • Avoid mentioning any personal information such as an address, e-mail address, or phone number.
  • Be constructive, avoid thread jacking, and stick to the point of the message;


  • Comments will be removed if they contain any of the following:



  • Intentionally inflammatory and provocative content;
  • Promotion, advertising or spam;
  • Offensive, obscene or inappropriate images and videos;
  • Defamatory statements, cursing, harassing or abusive language, or any other unpleasant content;
  • Impersonation of another person or entity;
  • Other people’s personal data;
  • Copyrighted material.
