100Bestbuy.com — Given completely wrong info about the product - hence would like to cancel the product | |||
Hello sir/madam I brought a product from 100bestbuy.com. Which their customer service given completely wrong information about the product and forced me to buy. They have given completely wrong info not even a single bit was original information from them. Later on i realised and asked them to cancelled the product but intentionally they delayed and finally when i reached them. They are said your product has been delivered. Even that product is no use for me. I am asking them to take back my product and refund my amount as cash. Please do the needful. I don't think they are running a company. They are full & full trying to cheat other - please help me to get back my amount from them, even take proper action to avoid other to get cheated by them.
