100Bestbuy.com — No replacement for faulty shipment

I ordered a Laptop e-table from 100bestbuy.com looking at the image of the product for Rs 1000, after receiving i was shocked at the quality and also two of the legs were not opening, i called customer care and after a long waiting in line i explained the problem and as per there advice i returned the product by courier by spending an amount of Rs 180. As per tracking on first flight courier status the material was received by Suksh Tech on 13-12-13, i contacted again customer care and asked about replacement. Since 1 month every time i am calling they are telling that they will ship the item next day, but no action is being taken, i have sent several e-mails and spent a lot of amount on STD calls. I am very sure that this is some scam, i am helpless, i do not know to whom to complaint. Pl suggest My sincere request to all is do not buy from this cheating web site.
