I'm here by attaching the bank statement with this mail.

I find no response from your end (even if I mailed you several times and called you almost around 30 times) until a complaint is registered at www.consumercomplaints.in
I am totally dissatisfied with your service.
I have spent Rs.400 for returning your wrong delivery back to Delhi. Why should I spend money on my calls and all the other things for the mistake done by you.
Kindly solve this issue ASAP.

Also the device is not working.
Also the box doesn't contain the warrenty card, bill, user manual.
The device is not ordered by me. And the issue started with the payment of 7999 for participating in a mobile contest.
The thing is, I have cancelled the order which the person from 100bestbuy asked me to do with in 5 min of the payment.
A conformation of that is done. But its still not getting cleared and these unwanted waste material are delivered.
Also the cost of the device is mentioned as 3997 where the payment done was 7999.
How and what is this thing happening to me.
I am not going to tolerate this any more.
If i am not going to get the money refunded as cash or check in my account. I am seriously going to file a case against 100bestbuy.
Make this as an order from the customer and do the thing which needs to be done properly.
