[Resolved] 100Bestbuy.com — Product which i ordered not received. No reply from 100bestbuy | |||
Hello team, I have ordered a aoc (Breeze mg70dr-8) tablet which ref no is #32506681 and made payment on october 4, 2014. After no information for next 10 days, i received call from 100bestbuy team on 15th october saying this product is out of stock and they are providing me other tablet of ambrane dual core tablet. After checking the specification of this ambrane dual core tablet, i called on 100bestbuy customer care center[protected] on same day i. E. October 15 at 15h50m to denying the ambrane dual core tablet as it is the low in configuration in compare of aoc tablet (Which i originally ordered). The customer case executive told the related team will call me in 2 hours but nobody from 100bestbuy called me since then. I have also written email to their email address i. E. [protected]@100bestbuy.com, [protected]@100bestbuy.com & [protected]@100bestbuy.com, five day ago but no reply received till yet. I did call them on yesterday again on october 21, 2014 at 14h00. Their customer support girl tole me her senior were out for lunch and will call me back after half hour. But no call received till yet. Now i check and found my order which ref id is #32506681 is changed with other tablet and order is dispatched. This a case of extremely unprofessional and double-dealing. I’ll not accept the other low configuration device. Either i want the product which i ordered or the same configuration tablet. I hope to you will help me in this case.
