Reference No. 29387779, Item Code No. 80564, Item Description Combo Pack of 3 Rangmanch Assorted Multicolor Kainaz ( Black), Amount of Rs. 699/-, Product is totally different form the pictures mentioned in the advertisement. Invoice no. is 840821, Invoice Date is 08.03.2014 Saturday . I am unsatisfied from the product the have sent to us as it is not as per the product which is shown in the advertisement & for which I have released the order online to 100bestbuy.com. I am also a victim here for the same reason that the product I ordered and the product received was totally alike. I ordered a combo of three Koutons shirts under the reference no. 29654312 and consignment no. B08557233 but they sent me a different brand and different shirts. No one was similar to the product shown on the site while I was ordering. Now they are saying that I have to send the shipment on the address

But I am still confuse to send the shipment to the address because if they can exchange the shirt from their end, so who will ensure us to refund the amount or send the same product to us.
They are giving the contact no[protected] for any query but I am very sure this no is only t o confuse the customers not to resolve the problems. No one is present to attend the call. I tried many time for a long time hold but no answer received.
Please help me otherwise I have to go with laws and orders.
