100Bestbuy.com — They asked bank details

I given complaint about this online shopping. 2days back they connected me 2times. They accpectd to give me my money back.Then they asked my bank details. I cannot give this details. Why they don't send Cheque or DD.I told them, but they cannot accpected. After that no contact from them.please help me.
