[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — Unfair means to trap customer

Respected sir / madam, Against an advertisement of www.100bestbuy of the company to enter a contest i deposited online rs 699/= with the company on 2nd aug'14. Immidiately after depositing the money i recieved a phone call from their representative asking verbally to deposit another rs 12000/= to stay in the contest. When i suggested that i should have been intimated about that in the original advertisement, he did not have any proper reply and informed that all details have been sent through e-mail. When i suggested to give some time to go through the details, he did not allow and replied that it was a one time call and if i did not deposit that amount, i would be dropped from contest. He also threatened that i would loose my deposit amount of rs 699/=if i did not deposit further rs12000/=. When i checked my mail i found that my contest coupen of order no. 15226974 had been cancelled. Above facts were informed to the party through an e-mail on 3rd aug'14 and requested them to refund full amount by cash as it was not a fair deal. Inspite of repeated reminder they have not responded to the issue and keep on sending copy of the 'faqs on contest' which does answer the issue raised by me. May i request you to help.
