On 6th January 2014, I ordered (see attached invoice) and paid Rs.1248 by internet banking. Ever since, I have been waiting for the consignment, but I have not redeived it until now. Several e-maila have been written to them but to no use. I do not expect they will ever send me the item; so I asked them to refund my money, whch they did NOT, unto now.
Since then, I have seen several complaints of similar nature. I am wondering how such frauds can be committed by someone, for such a long time. Even now, they are listed in the internet as an online shoppng site.
I WANT MY MONEY TO BE REFUNDED TO ME, without any delay, that is all.
