Dear sir / madam, This is to inform you that, we booked one order on your website 100bestbuy.com on 08 march 2014 with online payment of @1090/= for koutons men assorted shirt quantity 5 shirts but Till date have not received delivery for same. When we contact your helpline numbers[protected] &[protected] several times, your customer care executives given me information that payment not credited in your account but my bank given me information that payment already credited in merchant payu mumba in account on dated 08 march 2014 & my bank sbi card (State bank of india) given me your payment authorization code 082722.
