100Bestbuy.com — The company dont send my item

The company 100bestbuy.com is doing fraud with me, i buy koutons assorted men blazer (Kb-003). He give me refrence id but this id is not working for this product. And he dont dispatch the item to my home.

So pls help me for, give me my refund money or give me blazer from this company.
