Hi my name is sathish kumar, My 1 Win id is 31960481.. I have taken a profit of more than 2 lakhs... i have deposited nearly 5 lakhs in this app and i lost.. first time i have taken more profit money and put withdrawal of 1, 20, 000... there is no proper response from the 1 win customer support and i have sent a mail to the concerned mail id attaching my id proof too.. it has been 15days still i didnt receive any of my money i have 3 withdrawals pending since form july 29th 2023. i request to take concern action on this case and help me to get my money.. im very much disappointed with this behavior, there is no proper response from the customer care. i have submitted all the necessary details they asked including my residance proof, , kindly take necessary action and help me to get my money...
