1x Bet — Withdrawal issue

Hello sir/madam,

My name is Dasoju Srikanth. I am using 1x bet app with the profile name : srikanth dasoju
And my Id :[protected].

I have an withdrawal request of amount 35000/- rs and request number: [protected] on 27th January 2024. But the amount is not credited in my account and I have called customer care of 1x bet . They have raised the issue with token number : 53639022.

But now they are not responding to my calls.
Please look into this . I have lost alot of money because of this app.
