Hi,
I Booked a flat in Vatika Turning point through 360 on 26th Juauary 2019. As per the deal 360 Realtors issued a credit note of amount INR1, 96, 875.00 on 18th February 2019. As per the credit note T&C conditions once I will pay the 20% amount to Vatika 360 will release the credit note amount. After paying more than 30% I submitted the original credit note to 360 on 13/06/19. Since then I am still waiting for my payment and every time I call them they find one or other way to not make the payment. Still today I am struggling for my payment from 360 Realtors .

After working for 3.5 years with 360Realtors as a country head and establishing its branch from scratch they did not release my fnf without filing case in labour court. Now again 360Realtors is doing the same by not releasing the credit note as a revenge
No more professional, non reliable, no ethics
Don’t honour credit note

No one is bothering to reply ?
How can all the people of the management are so shameless that they are neither releasing credit note amount and nor even replying on mails.
Is this mere EGOISM or FRAUD?

We have been asking about creditnote amount since April
