I am a HDFC customer. I received an offer in Offers section of my net-banking portal regarding Spykar items and the offer was from an E-Com site, https://360inex.com. I ordered a duffle bag db-3892 on 4 december 2021 . I don’t received my order confirmation email but I paid through HDFC net-banking. I have sent many mail related to this including attach screenshot of payment to the company but the company is not responding. I want to warn people, don't buy any product from this E-Com site as this E-Com site seems to be a fraud E-com site.
Attach transaction copy with this complaint send my product or refund my payment that’s all i want .
