I had received an sms on 10/08/2022 that as Eureka Forbes Cutomer I earned a special delight offer from 360inex.com. Accordingly I made payment of Rs 588.82 to E Commerce vide Pytm Transaction id : [protected]. but to my surprise, there is no communication about dispach/ tracking id as yet. I feel as if I have been cheated.
