I am an HDFC customer. I received an offer in the Offers section of my net-banking portal regarding Spykar items and the offer was from an E-Com site, https://360inex.com. I ordered a blue gym bag on 4th September 2021 (Order #HDC004896). The payment for through and I received my order confirmation email. The company said that they will send the tracking number soon but to this date, I have neither received my order nor have I received any tracking number. I have sent reminders to the company but the company is not responding. I need my money returned. I want the HDFC bank to take some responsibility and verify the info they put up and help customers like us who get cheated because of the promotion on their website. We trust the bank and thus trusted the promotion. I want to warn people, don't buy any product from this E-Com site as this E-Com site seems to be a fraud E-com site. Was this information helpful? |
