360inex.com — Womens watch order through 360inex not delivered

I am a ICICI customer. I received an offer in Offers section of my net-banking portal regarding Spykar items and the offer was from an E-Com site, https://360inex.com. I have ordered a spykar watch from 360inex.com. on 22nd april 2022. Product is not delivered yet n also not responding too.please take the necessary action against this company.
