365 Homestore — Substandard products sold and neither replacement nor money back | |||||
Have bought from homestore 365 a sweat slim belt for rs 1000. A poor quality substandard product was delivered which got damaged on first use. Upon complaint the same was replaced but unfortunately again the same quality product was delivered which also got damaged on first use. Tried calling customer care, initially kept promising that they will replace (Have text msgs and phone call records) but now they do not receive call from my number. Have made repeated calls and they have ignored them all. Texted them that we will approach police and they in response to that said they will replace whenever they get better quality product without any time frame or anything. Even its not working so what i will do ?
I have ordered for sweat slim belt but i got that not the item i have ordered . i called them they said to exchange it but there is no proper reply from them . when repeatedly calling they are ignoring the calls. its really fake. no one should buy from home store 365. they are cheaters.
I ordered different nicer dicer and recieved the wrong one from last 1 week trying to get in touch through phone or email and not getting any response. The worst customer service i have ever come across.
