As a loyal customer of Bhima Jewellers for several years, I participated in the Gold Tree Scheme, which promises attractive benefits and returns. However, I am disappointed as I have been denied the benefits of the scheme due to delays in approaching the establishment... gold purchased from Bhima itself. I got a warm welcome in view of gold purchase from the reception and When I conveyed my purpose of visit they demanded for Bank pass book, Pan card, Aadhar card. Except my bank passbook everything was with me in physical form. I believe no need of pass book because using digital mode for transactions... quality of service in Bhima and put it in our blacklist so we will never ever step into their store again...
