I have purchased a tvs scooty 10 days back and it is giving me a problem of petrol leakage from the overflow pipe since then I have given the bike for 3 times to the company service centre at Century TVS ,PUNE but the persons are not solving the problem . TVS SCOOTY TEENZ manual says that 150-300 recycle charges possible for a battery. but after 150 battery recharge cycles,battery get failed. if its possible maximum recharging ability is only 150 means why TVS manipulated as150-300? is it possible for a salaried man to buy a new battery for Rs10,000... on 19-04-10 whn i gave my scooty pep for servicing it was in a gud working condition n the problem was only in self star... I purchased a TVS Scooty Teenz Electric, one and half year ago and this is my experience till date.
The customer care of TVS motors is the worst among all and they just forget the people once the product

I think customer service is not your motto... i purchased TVS Scooty pep+ from Sai services at chinchwad, pune, maharashtra. when ever i gave my bike for free servicing they are not solving any problems but creates new problems in my bike. and gives me.
