Looking forward for the case to get resolved... for fast tag using hdfc bank. I got sms to receive email and someone will contact in 7 days but there is no communication at all. Toll free number[protected] does not connect even once.

Hdfc bank - fast tag - i applied online for fast tag with hdfc. The money got deducted but the process not completed as got error message. Called hdfc bank's executive, says to wait for 7-10 working days, and also mentioning that the system is down now a days. There is no way to track with reference number as well... I had applied for HDFC Bank Fast-Tag, firstly it was pain to register, twice the website went offline after making payment. Now after painfully completing the application, there is no email stating tne application for(As mentioned in the exit page that a copy of application will be sent on registered email)... the payment was made through HDFC bank through net baking, seems like the payment the done, but I didnt receive any confirmation from the fastag that payment was made and if anybody will call me regarding the fastag.
